  1. We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

    We will provide you with a tracking number once we have processed / shipped your order. Please note: It may take 24hrs for the link to activate.

  2. Unfortunately, there is a chance your order may incur shipping delays once it leaves our HQ.

    La Capra is unable to control any transit delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking links and note your estimated delivery date during this time and feel free to reach out to us with any enquiries 

 

PLEASE NOTE;

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.

If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.
